Health Care REIT Affiliate Buys Wisc. Senior Housing Complex for $38 Million

HCRI Wisconsin Properties LLC, an affiliate of Ohio-based Health Care REIT, recently bought a Wisconsin senior housing complex for $28.6 million from Chicago-based Senior Lifestyle Corp, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Harbour Village is a 229-unit senior living community located in Greendale, Wisc. that includes 118 independent living apartments, 59 assisted living apartments, and 52 memory care units.

The sale comes at a nearly $10 million profit for seller Senior Lifestyle Corp., who bought the property in 2008 for $28.6 million.
