Senior Care Acquisitions:

National Health Investors REIT signed a $49.8 million deal for four skilled nursing facilities in Texas.

Clearview Capital became the largest provider of adult day health services in the U.S. after merging with Active Day.

LTC Properties acquired a skilled nursing facility in California for $17.5 million.

Ensign bought an Idaho skilled nursing facility for an undisclosed sum.
