Senior Housing Acquisitions:

Emerald Gardens bought an Oregon assisted living facility for $2 million.


Brandywine Senior Living acquired four assisted living communities, all located in New Jersey, from Springpoint for an undisclosed sum.

Benchmark Senior Living added a New England Continuing Care Retirement Community to its portfolio for $71.5 million.

Harrison Street Real Estate Capital acquired an eight-property, $125 million senior housing portfolio.


Greenfield Senior Living bought two Tennessee senior living facilities for a total transaction cost of $5.6 million.

Senior Care Acquisitions:

National Health Investors REIT signed a $49.8 million deal for four skilled nursing facilities in Texas.

Clearview Capital became the largest provider of adult day health services in the U.S. after merging with Active Day.

LTC Properties acquired a skilled nursing facility in California for $17.5 million.

Ensign bought an Idaho skilled nursing facility for an undisclosed sum.
