Integrated Senior Living to Manage Isle AL and SKF Comunity

Integrated Senior Living (ISL), a senior housing management company, announced that it has assumed management of the new Isle at Watercrest–Bryan, an assisted living and skilled nursing community jointly developed by ISL parent company, Integrated Real Estate Group and South Bay Partners, Ltd.

“We created Integrated Senior Living this year with the purpose of operating a comprehensive spectrum of independent, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities in primary and secondary markets,” said Richard Simmons, president of Integrated Real Estate Group. “As owners and developers of Watercrest at Bryan and Isle at Watercrest, it was a natural step for us to bring the management of the communities under our roof as well.”

The platform’s premise allows active adults and seniors to define, participate in and navigate their own daily agendas and forward-thinking lifestyles.

“Integrated Senior Living believes that reshaping the perceptions and appearance of today’s age-targeted housing options creates a new understanding of senior living and appeals to multiple generations of customers because of its fresh approach to defining the concept of quality lifestyles,” said Tiffany Glatz, president of ISL. “The reception that both Watercrest at Bryan and Isle at Watercrest have received here in Bryan-College Station tells us that this is a concept seniors and their families are welcoming.”

Located in Bryan, TX, the community has a total of 57 assisted living and 36 skilled nursing apartments in the community.
