AARP Names the 10 Most Affordable Cities for Retirement

Looking for a new place to build your senior living facility?  AARP has released a list of the top 10 most affordable cities for retirement in the latest issue of its magazine.

To develop the list, AARP examined financing data on more than 350 cities across the country and looked at a range of variables including sales tax rates, median housing prices, and cost of living.

“Then we added in such criteria as recreation, climate, and arts and culture,” said AARP.
