HCPro and its subsidiary Beacon Health launched consulting divisions to provide customized solutions to meet clients’ most complex educational needs.

Clients will receive personalized, hands-on service from HCPro and Beacon Health consultants, who will work with them to achieve efficient, customized solutions in areas such as revenue cycle/case-mix analysis, Medicare compliance, survey preparation and remediation, and documentation reviews.

Diane Brown will lead the LTC consulting division and brings more than 25 years of operational experience in healthcare and is the lead instructor for several of HCPro’s popular Boot Camps.

“Long-term care facilities face uphill struggles in these times of heightened compliance scrutiny, sicker residents, and shrinking revenue,” said Brown. “Each organization does things a little differently, and our customized brand of consulting is meant to give them all the personalized touch they require and deserve, and enable them to not only compete but to thrive.”

The home health consulting division will be led by Beacon Health’s home-care and hospice regulatory specialist Paula Long, RN, CHCE, who has more than 15 years of clinical, regulatory, and operational experience in home health and hospice, and is the lead instructor for Beacon Health’s Mastering Medicare seminars.
