HCP (NYSE:HCP) released its operating resulting for Q1 2011 that showed a net profit of 70.1 million, or 17 cents a share, down from $81 million, or 25 cents a share compared to Q1 2010. Revenues for the company increased 13% to $331.7 million. Excluding costs associated with the recent acquisition of HCR Manor Care and other acquisitions, the company’s funds from operations show a rise of .56 per share compared to .50 during first quarter 2010.
