Erickson Living recently announced plans to expand its community located in Ashburn, Virginia with the construction of a new 105,000 square foot residential building, Red Robin View. The expansion of the 132 acre campus in Loudoun County, which opened its doors originally in 2008, will accommodate 80 new independent living apartments in a four story structure. The units will consist of one and two bedroom units and feature an enclosed under-building parking facility. Construction is set to begin this Spring with completion expected to be finished in early 2012.
