Five Star Quality Care Inc., to Switch Stock Exchange Listing to the New York Stock Exchange

Five Star Quality Care, Inc. (NYSE Amex: FVE) announced that it will transfer its stock exchange listing from the NYSE Amex to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).  FVE’s common stock has been authorized for listing on the NYSE, where it expects to begin trading on February 4, 2011, using the company’s current symbol of "FVE". The company will continue to trade on the NYSE Amex until the transfer is completed.  FVE also announced that concurrent with its move to the NYSE, Barclays Capital Market Makers will become the company’s Designated Market Maker (DMM).

WellAWARE to Offer Philips Lifeline Medical Alert Service

WellAWARE Systems announced it has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Philips Lifeline for its Lifeline with AutoAlert medical alert service.  The two companies will collaborate on delivery of their monitoring systems.
