Antioch Villas Senior Living Project Starts Construction in Georgia

Mercy Housing Southeast and CRT Realty & Development recently announced the commencement of construction of Antioch Villas and Gardens in Stone Mountain, Georgia.  Clearing and grading for Antioch Villas and Gardens began in early December and is the second phase of the Antioch Manor Estates community.  Phase one of the community had 120 senior living units and the second phase will have a total of 106 senior living units, including 90 units to be reserved for residents with income at or below 60% of the Area Median Income.  Antioch Gardens and Villas will have a over 81,000 square feet of space on the 32-acre Antioch Manor Estates campus is a master-planned community for seniors.  Financial partners for Antioch Villas and Gardens include JP Morgan Chase, Red Stone Equity Partners, Georgia Department of Community Affairs and Housing Authority of DeKalb County.
