Rockbridge Growth Equity, LLC (RGE) recently announced it has led the acquisition of Connect America LLC, a provider of personal emergency response systems. The acquisition was done together by Rockbridge and Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC who provided subordinated debt and preferred equity financing for the transaction. Connect America, which was founded in 2004, serves almost 75,000 customers across America and is one of the top top direct-to-consumer PERS provider in the country. Ken Gross, Connect America’s founder and CEO, will continue to be a substantial owner in the company and will continue in his role as CEO.
