The Cypress of Raleigh Receives Stellar Satisfaction Ratings

Through a survey conducted by Decision Insight, Inc., The Cypress of Raleigh recently received the highest satisfaction score ever achieved by a start-up continuing care retirement community managed by Life Care Services LLC (LCS) during its forty years of service as a national leader in the development and management of senior living communities.

The Cypress of Raleigh received an overall satisfaction rating of 94%, which placed it in the top quartile of the 74 LCS-managed communities that conducted surveys in the last three years.

“Considering all of the issues that typically accompany a new development’s transition into a fully operational community, The Cypress of Raleigh’s satisfaction score of 94% clearly is outstanding,” said Brett Logan, Vice President and Director of Operations Management for LCS.


In addition to the unprecedented 94% overall member satisfaction rating, The Cypress of Raleigh received a near perfect 99% satisfaction rating for the hospitality services provided to its members. Perhaps most importantly, the LCS survey revealed that 99% of The Cypress of Raleigh’s members would recommend The Cypress of Raleigh community to a friend.
