Trilogy Health Services recently announced the acquisition of two facilities in Ohio and the start of construction at sites in Michigan and Louisville, Kentucky. The two Ohio long-term care facilities were acquired from Genesis HealthCare System and those locations will be renamed Forest View Health Campus and the Highland Oaks Health Center. Trilogy plans to build two new state-of-the-art replacement facilities at the Forest View campus and the Highland Oaks site has plans for future refurbishments and renovations being planned for later in 2011.
“We are very excited about the addition of Highland Oaks and Forest View because of their rich tradition of serving the seniors in Zanesville, McConnelsville and surrounding communities,” said Randall Bufford, president and chief executive officer of Trilogy. “Both locations are served by excellent employees and we are thrilled to be adding this great group of employees to the Trilogy family.”
The sites currently under construction in Commerce, Michigan and Louisville, Kentucky are expected to open in mid-2011. The Michigan site will have a mix of Assisted Living, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Adult Day Services and Respite Care and the Louisville site will feature skilled care and assisted living with an emphasis on short-term rehabilitation services.
