CommonBond Communities announced that it has completed the 31,2141 square foot Century Trails senior housing in Maplewood, Minnesota. The senior apartment complex has 40-units and has been designed to meet the LEED standards for Homes Gold Level Certification. The project began when the Sisters of the St. Paul Monastery decided to build affordable homes for people in need on Monastery land and sought to create housing to meet the needs of seniors in the area that are living on a fixed income.
“Century Trails marks the final phase of an innovative housing and services campus located adjacent to the St. Paul Monastery in Maplewood,” stated Paul Fate, president and CEO of CommonBond. “We are proud to partner with Ryan on this and other efforts because we know they deliver a top-quality product that meets our high standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.”
