Atria Golden Creek Celebrates Grand Reopening

Golden Creek Lobby AFTER After undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, Atria Golden Creek in Irvine, California celebrated its grand reopening last week.  The renovations updated the community’s living areas and apartments and added a new Life Guidance memory care neighborhood with two secure private outdoor garden courtyards, designed specifically for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.  As part of the renovation, Atria Golden Creek is positioned to achieve LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and if successful, will be among the first senior living communities in Orange Country to do so.

“We are excited to share our new look and environmentally-friendly atmosphere with the entire Irvine community,” said Sandra McDaniel, executive director at Atria Golden Creek. “By using sustainable materials and implementing the principles of LEED, we are creating a better living and working environment for our residents and employees.”
