The Legacy at Willow Bend recently welcomed Tina Wasserman, local author, for a discussion on Jewish cuisine. Wasserman discussed topics from her cookbook Entrée to Judaism – a Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora. Members of The Legacy were also treated to some of Wasserman’s recipes prepared by The Legacy at Willow Bend’s executive chef, James Rowland. Afterwards, Wasserman signed copies of her cookbook to members and staff.
“I had a great time speaking to the members of The Legacy at Willow Bend,” said Wasserman. “It was fun to share my cooking tips and Jewish recipes to a relatable audience.”
