New Denver Area Senior Condominium Project Aims To Provides Best of Both Worlds

grandview Live Well Properties recently announced the creation and development of GrandView of Roxborough, a senior living development that will have 79 condominium homes for available for purchase.  The project, near the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, will provide individual condo ownership but will provide home and health related services to its residents if necessary.  The developer, who has operated Wisconsin-based Aurora Community Services for the past 24 years, decided to creating the project to fill a missing need for a senior living product in the Denver market.

“My motivation to create a new concept in retirement living was very personal,” reflects Dave Barnard, CEO of Live Well Properties. “When looking for options to care for my own mother, I was appalled at the options available to her, which were few.” Barnard visited many facilities and was disheartened by what he found. It was in sharp contrast to his own successful company that had earned a highly regarded reputation for providing services to those who endure a variety of physical and intellectual challenges. His company’s services allow his clientele to enjoy a much more productive and happier life.
