After successfully training at Adirondack Community College, Chef Victor enjoyed a stellar career at many popular dining venues.  Some of these fine establishments include the Sagamore Resort in New York, the Equinox Hotel in Vermont, the Boar’s Head Inn, the Kingsmill Resort and the Inn at Little Washington, which is a 5-Star, 5-Diamond Inn.

Chef Victor says, “Honesty is the most important quality a good chef can have.  A chef who can stand by his product,
(good or bad), admit to his faults, be humble with his successes, and recognize those who helped make him successful is a chef who will have a promising career. At Riderwood, I enjoy the interaction I have every day with the people I serve. They’re really a joy to be around."

Chef Marta is a motivated, passionate leader with about 19 years of experience in the Restaurant / Food Service Industry.  She has wonderful epicurean experiences from Chadwick’s Restaurant and J. Paul’s Restaurant.  Her attention to detail, including presentation and quality, guides her creative menu planning and implementation.  Her overall gift of Culinary Artistry is outstanding. Chef Marta has been with Riderwood for the past 7 years, and she values customer satisfaction and upholds the Dining Mission to consistently exceed residents’ expectations.
