Vi at Silverstone recently announced that it is in final preparations for its official grand opening in early September for its 33 acre development located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The project was developed through a partnership between Vi and Plaza Companies and incorporates the desert landscape and modern amenities in the new retirement community.
“Vi at Silverstone has set the new standard for what a vibrant older adult community should be,” said Gail Rankin, executive director of Vi at Silverstone. “From the wide variety of amenities to the numerous social, educational, and cultural opportunities for our residents, Vi at Silverstone offers best-in-class services to those who want to live life to the fullest.”
The community offers a variety of floor plans ranging from 912 to 2,500 square feet and the entrance fees for the community start at $189,999*. Vi at Silverstone’s Care Center with assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing residences is slated to open in late 2010 to complement the independent living options on the campus.
“Throughout the building process, preserving the rich history of the land, honoring the beauty of the Sonoran desert, and celebrating a place that many families would call home was vital given that the land had embodied the spirit of the American West for more than three decades,” said Sharon Harper, President and CEO of Plaza Companies. “It was from these rich historic roots that a new thriving modern community has risen.”
