GreenFields Of Geneva Set To Break Ground For New Illinois Senior Living Community

GreenFields Exterior Rendering 061708GreenFields of Geneva,  a $50 million Life Care community, will hold its groundbreaking ceremony next Monday, July 19 in Geneva, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.  The 26 acre facility located in Kane County will have 147 one and two bedroom apartment homes with views of Tanna Farms Golf Course and access to 17 miles of walking trails.  The project, designed by Dorsky Hodgson Parrish Yue, is expected to be completed in fall of 2011.  GreenFields of Geneva is being financed with $118 million of tax-exempt bonds issued by the Illinois Finance Authority.

In approximately a year-and-a-half, we’ll celebrate again as we welcome residents to their beautiful new apartment homes and start delivering the first-class lifestyle they are anticipating from us.”
