Riderwood Unveils Redesigned Units Based Upon Resident Feedback

Renaissance Gardens at Riderwood in Silver Spring, Maryland announced that it will unveil its enhanced living, larger apartments and neighborhood model at the end of June.  Riderwood  residents have expressed a preference for apartment style living and the community’s management responded with redesigned Renaissance Gardens apartment homes that offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom models, kitchenettes with Corian countertops and full baths.   The new apartment homes range from 450 – 700 square feet and feature a smaller neighborhood model serving groups of 12 – 32 residents.

“We listen to what our residents want and we build to their specifications, which is empowering,” said John Mann, Administrator for Renaissance Gardens at Riderwood. “More living space means keeping more of a resident’s  treasured belongings close. Also, offering a spacious living room allows comfortable space for visitors and guests, even for out of town family to stay the night.”
