Trilogy Health Services announced that it recently celebrated its grand opening of Prairie Lakes Health Campus and The Legacy at Prairie Lakes. Prairie Lakes offers a full continuum of senior living and related health care services including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living, all offered in a homelike setting that features an abundance of private rooms, chef-prepared meals, and services specially tailored to meet residents’ individual preferences. Also located on the Prairie Lakes Campus is The Legacy, a neighborhood designed specifically to care for up to 30 people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
“Everything about our campus is tailored to meet our residents’ needs and personal choices,” said Phil Heer, Executive Director of Prairie Lakes. “Our campus is organized into neighborhoods allowing our caregivers and residents to establish long-term relationships where they can truly get to know each other. We carry that same resident-centered focus through to our activity planning, our menu selections, and other campus programs.”
According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, “Our ‘Town Square’ residential living concept and person-centered service model is designed to foster independence and create as much of a homelike setting as possible. We look forward to meeting the needs of the citizens of Hamilton County and the surrounding communities in our new Noblesville location.”
