Gilbertson Recognized for Lifetime Contributions To Senior Cooperative Housing Industry

Diane Gilbertson Headshot Diane Gilbertson, Associate Director of Homeowners Associations for Ebenezer Management Services (EMS), was honored with the 2010 Senior Cooperative Housing Leadership Award at the 10th-Annual Senior Cooperative Housing Conference in Bloomington.

Gilbertson is a proven leader with more than 35 years in property management, 26 of those years in the senior cooperative housing industry. She has made outstanding contributions to the success of senior housing while holding director positions in marketing and management.  Gilbertson is known for her knowledge of the myriad of legal documents that pertain to the cooperative industry.

Assisted Living Federation of America Hires Gosselin For Marketing and Communications

The Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) recently announced the appointment of Jamison Gosselin to lead marketing and communications for the association. As senior vice president of Marketing & Communications, Gosselin will focus on growing value for the senior living providers and supplier organizations that belong to ALFA. He will also help ALFA raise its visibility and profile as an expert senior living resource for the media, government and growing population of seniors and their families needing assistance with senior care and residential services.

Gosselin most recently directed marketing and communication programs at Sunrise Senior Living, headquartered in McLean, Va. Prior to his work at Sunrise, he served as a government relations and advocacy specialist at MCI Telecommunications in downtown Washington, DC and later moved into the company’s public relations organization.

"Jamison’s experience and skills will help us advocate for resident-centered public policy, foster best practice sharing within our field and build greater awareness about the numerous senior living and care options available to the public today," said Richard Grimes, president and CEO of the Assisted Living Federation of America. Erickson Names Ian Hiltner Director of Sales for Riderwood in Silver Spring, MD

Erickson Retirement Communities has named Ian Hiltner Director of Sales for Riderwood in Silver Spring, MD.  Hiltner has 18 years of experience in direct sales and sales leadership roles in the areas of mobile resource management solutions and voice and data telecommunications in the Mid Atlantic Region. His most recent management role was as Vice President and General Manager of Intergis, LLC in Columbia, MD. In this role he was instrumental in new business development, consultative sales management, strategic market positioning and the overall production and efficiency of sales, marketing, finance, operations and customer care divisions covering multiple state territories.

Hiltner, who lives with his family in Annapolis, MD, has roots to the Riderwood campus as a graduate of High Point High School in Prince Georges County and The University of Maryland, College Park.
