Senior Living Investment Brokerage Closes Transaction For Bradford East Assisted Living

Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) recently announced the sale of Bradford Place, an assisted living facility located in Swansea, Illinois.  The 29 unit facility sold for $2.7 million dollars and includes acreage for future expansion possibilities.  The transaction was a divestiture for the seller who acquired the property when faced with an expiring 1031 exchange and had no previous experience in senior living.  The buyer expects to add an additional 40-45 units in the future.  Patrick Byrne & Ryan Saul of SLIB handled the transaction.
