Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced that it has broken ground with customer New Perspective Senior Living on a senior housing development in Superior, Wisconsin. Slated to open in the fall of 2010, Lighthouse of Superior will be a state-of-the-art facility catering to the needs of both assisted living and memory care residents in Superior and the surrounding area. The completed campus will feature a 63,000-square-foot building with 44 assisted-living units and 36 memory-care units in a mix of styles and sizes.
