Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) announced Monday that Tiffany Tomasso, the Company’s head of European operations, will leave the organization at the end of the month. As the Company announced in December 2008, Ms. Tomasso transitioned from her role as chief operating officer to provide closer oversight of Sunrise’s UK and Germany operations. Ms. Tomasso joined Sunrise in 1993 and was appointed Sunrise’s chief operating officer in 2003. European operations have been reporting directly to the community operating team in the U.S.
"Tiffany has been vital to the organization for many years, especially in growing Sunrise’s core business that continues to thrive," said Mark Ordan, Sunrise’s chief executive officer. "Everyone at Sunrise is grateful to her years of dedication and leadership."
