Life Care Services LLC (LCS) of Des Moines, IA, recently announced its acquisition of Wyndemere Senior Living Community in Wheaton, Illinois, a senior living community in the western suburbs of Chicago. Wyndemere Senior Living Community opened 18 years ago under the direction and ownership of CDH and includes apartment and townhome residences; Westbridge, an assisted living community; and Wynscape, a full-service nursing and rehabilitation center.
Central DuPage Hospital (CDH), the previous owner of the community, selected LCS based upon its expertise and ability to enhance the environment at Wyndemere. As part of the transition, CDH and LCS will jointly make an additional $2 million capital investment in the Wyndemere campus.
