Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), the parent company of Capitol Lakes® in Madison, Wisconsin, and Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, Oregon, announced that it has assumed management of of Middleton Glen, an Independent Living retirement community located in Middleton, Wisconsin effective December 1, 2009. Middleton Glen has two phases to its development: Middleton Glen, Inc., and Senior Housing of Middleton, Inc. The Board of Directors of both corporations awarded management contracts to PRS in October 2009, after a Request for Proposal (RFP) process that involved public and resident board members.
“PRS has a resident-centered approach to management that thrives on feedback, so our very first task will be to learn the needs and wants of residents and employees by conducting surveys,” says Torsten Hirche, PRS Administrator of Operations. “We look forward to partnering with everyone at Middleton Glen in furthering the success of this community.”
