Immanuel Senior Living and Avantas recently announced that Immanuel will begin using Avantas’ web-based scheduling software, Smart Square and the Staffing Resource Center. The Smart Square solutions will assist Immanuel in maximizing core staff, reduce overtime and external agency, manage incentives, and quickly review and adjust daily labor utilization. With real-time analytics and interactive dashboards, Smart Square provides the means to make decisions based on accurate and timely data. Additionally, the Software as a Service (SaaS) framework upon which Smart Square is built results in fast implementations involving very little client IT support.
