JM Sells Senior Housing Projects In Sigtuna and Nacka, Stockholm, Sweden

JM, a developer of housing in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Belgium with over 1900 employees, announced that it has completed the sale of two senior housing projects for a total of SEK $209 million ($30,366,867 USD).  JM expects to report a gain on the sale of the projects in late fourth quarter 2009.  The two projects included “Ymerplan,” special housing for the elderly in Sigtuna, 5,400 m2, 72 apartments and “Lillängen,” special housing for the elderly in Nacka, 2,685 m2, 45 apartments.
