Walnut Village CCRC Celebrates Opening in Anaheim, California

Walnut Village, 12-acre community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Anaheim, California celebrated its grand opening this month.  The $120 million project offers 156 private residences in 42 different floor plans and include one and two-bedroom residences and three-bedroom cottages and recently earned a Gold award from the National Association of Home Builders 50+ Housing Council. Walnut Village is owned and operated by Front Porch, Southern California’s largest not-for-profit provider of senior living communities.  In addition, Walnut Village provides specialized wellness initiatives such as Dakim Brain Fitness System, a cognitive exercise and preventative brain fitness program.

Walnut Village represents a new concept in retirement living where residents are surrounded by neighbors and first-rate amenities," said Joseph Peduzzi, Walnut Village’s executive director.
