With nearly a decade of senior housing and healthcare experience behind her, Ginger Petroff recently launched Healthcare Capital Group (HCG). HCG is an advisory services firm that specializes in acquisitions, asset management, restructuring/workout, capital placement and distressed debt purchases for investors, financial institutions, operators and developers. The new firm will use Ms. Petroff’s expertise and deep industry contacts across the senior living industry.
Prior to forming HCG, Petroff previously helped launch GE Healthcare Financial Services – Healthcare Equity Group, where she served as VP of Equity Investments. Prior to GE, Petroff served as a Director for a private equity joint venture focused on expanding Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. in Canada and the United Kingdom.
