For the second year in a row, Greystone Management Service Inc. has presented Kahala Nui with the Diamond Award for outstanding operations. The Continuing Care Retirement Community, located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, is one of only two communities nationwide to be presented with this honor.  Greystone Management presents the Diamond Awards annually to its top-performing properties. Communities must meet stringent criteria on nine operational benchmarks, including a resident expectation survey, employee expectation survey, first impression visits, financial ratios, hospitality culture implementation, task force participation, professional employee growth, successful licensure, and community accomplishments.
