Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation Names Executive Team

Senior living community developer Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC), parent company of life care retirement communities Edgemere in Dallas, The Buckingham in Houston, Querencia at Barton Creek in Austin, The Stayton at Museum Way currently under development in Fort Worth, and Mirador currently under development in Corpus Christi, has named Dave Brown vice president of development and Kristen McCaig vice president of corporate sales and marketing. 

Charles B. Brewer, CEO and president of SQLC, made the announcement, adding that each person’s expertise in the area of senior living would contribute to the organization’s solid commitment to challenge the industry standard and to raise the bar across all levels of development and operation.

“Dave and Kristen bring a wealth of knowledge in development and marketing of senior living communities,” Brewer said. “They also have an innate understanding of the commitment required to develop a community that not only meets the expectations of today’s seniors, but surpasses them.”

Brown comes to SQLC with over 25 years experience in the development of multi-family properties. Prior to joining SQLC, Brown was vice president of development with Greystone Communities, Inc., where he was involved in the development of continuing care retirement communities throughout the U.S.

McCaig joins SQLC from Sunrise Senior Living, where she served nine years in all aspects of sales and marketing for communities across Texas.  She is a Dallas native and holds a Masters of Science degree from the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, University of Southern California.
