Cohen Named Director Of Dining Services At Somerby at St. Vincent’s

David Cohen has been named director of dining services for the new active retirement community Somerby at St. Vincent’s One Nineteen slated to open in August in suburban Birmingham, Ala. on the campus of St. Vincent’s Health & Wellness Center.  Cohen was previously the director of food and beverage at the Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover, Ala. He held similar positions for Starwood Hotels in South Florida at the Fort Lauderdale Westin and the Deerfield Beach Hilton.  Cohen has more than 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.  He is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
