The Terraces at Bonita Springs, southwest Florida’s newest planned gated senior living community, is hosting upcoming events for prospective residents in August and September. The Terraces at Bonita Springs, is sponsored by SantaFe Senior Living, a sister company of AvMed Health Plans, one of Florida’s largest and oldest health plans serving Floridians since 1973. The Terraces is a community which will feature maintenance-free, independent living in 150 one, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with private terraces and open kitchens.
The Terraces will provide is lifetime access to on-site health care, including 48 assisted living, 40 skilled nursing and 18 dedicated memory support care residences, provided by professional staff. And if a member’s care needs change, they will continue to pay essentially the same fee for any level of care they require. The Terraces is also currently offering a 100 percent refundable entrance fee and a number of other benefits for Star Club Members who reserve an apartment.
