Paric, The Stratford Companies and The Lawrence Group have been jointly celebrating their achievement of winning a Silver award for the “Best Large Continuing Care Retirement Community” category in this year’s “Best of 50+ Housing Awards,” presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Council. The winning project, the Stratford at WestClay in Carmel, Indiana was developed and is owned by The Stratford Companies with Paric Corporation serving as construction managers and the Lawrence Group of St. Louis providing architectural and interior design services. The project encompasses a $42 million, 337,000-square-foot community providing a continuum of care for independent living, assisted living and memory support and The Stratford at WestClay includes 132 apartment homes and 38 detached bungalows. An additional 43 apartment homes are dedicated to assisted living and memory support in the Healthcare wing.
