The Isle at Watermere, a Southlake, Texas assisted living community recently announced that it had reached 75% occupancy since opening less than a year ago and is looking forward to the conclusion of construction of the clubhouse and condominiums scheduled for August 2009.  Isle at Watermere, owned by Southlake Care Group LP, is part of the master-planned development of Watermere at Southlake and offers 66 assisted living and 25 memory care apartments in a secured setting with 24-hour nursing staff.  The 35,000 square-foot, homeowners-only clubhouse will feature an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, salon, bank, ballroom, library and three dining-venues.
