Trilogy Health Services Break Ground On Expansion In Southwest Ohio

trilogy_logo Trilogy Health Services celebrated last month the ground breaking on the construction of two new health care facilities scheduled to open in Montgomery County in late 2009. The sites are located in Englewood, Ohio and include a health campus offering a full continuum of services and a freestanding memory care facility based upon the company’s “Town Square” Residential Living model.  The facilities services will include Assisted Living, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, and Adult Day Services.  The Legacy, a neighborhood designed specifically for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, will also be built on the Englewood site.  The programs at the Legacy are specially designed to be responsive to the energy patterns of those living with dementia and are based on protocols embraced by advocacy groups such as the Alzheimer’s Association and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

According to Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy, "We are looking forward to being a part of the Dayton community and to meeting the senior health needs of its citizens. Our ‘Town Square’ residential concept is designed with the ultimate comfort and care of each resident in mind."

"We are also very excited about offering expanded memory care services to area residents. The Legacy has been designed to specifically accommodate residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory challenges – from the colors and lighting used throughout the building, to providing safe and secure access to the outdoor areas. When combined with superior customer service, we believe our health campus and The Legacy will set the standard for senior care in Dayton." added Mr. Bufford.
