Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. announced recently the sale of two Skilled Nursing Facilities with a 90% occupancy rate at the time of sale and were located within 10 miles of each other in northern Florida. Built in 1959 and 1969, with renovations and an addition to one of the buildings in 1999, the facilities each consist of single story construction and have a combined total of 118 beds. The two facilities, together, sold for $5,000,000 or approximately $42,373 per bed. The buyer, a regional operator out of South Florida, plans to increase operating efficiencies and improve Medicare census at the facilities.
