Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. recently announced the sale of a skilled nursing and assisted living facility consisting of 124 beds for $4.1 million. The one‐story nursing facility structure, which was built in 1973, is located 150 miles south of St. Louis. The facility’s assisted living section was developed in 1996 and had an occupancy rate of approximately 78%. The buyer, who operates one other Skilled Nursing Facility in Missouri, is looking to enhance the operations via cost containment, enhanced clinical documentation / reimbursement, and maximizing economies of scale.
