Amica Posts 3rd Quarter Results For 2009

Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (TSX Symbol: ACC) (“Amica” or the “Company”), a Canadian based company in the management, marketing, design and development of luxury housing and services for mature lifestyles, released its operating results earlier this week that showed a decrease in earnings.

The company discussed that its facing challenges getting seniors to sell their homes to move into retirement communities.  Year over year, Amica’s occupancy numbers decreased by 4% for its overall facilities.  Amica also announced progress for construction and lease up results for its new facilities.  For the full earnings release, click here.
