The other article is taken from Ziegler’s Six Strategies for Senior Living Providers in Challenging Economic Times that focuses more on the financial side of senior living operations versus the operational and communication aspects of operation. Both articles are worth looking at for an idea or two that might help lower some costs, increase revenues or position a business for better times.
