HealthCare REIT released an investor presentation last week that discusses its portfolio of properties and outlines its business in 2009. The company feels that its diversification of operators creates a lower risk profile against any down turns or problems that any operators may experience.

The company also talks about its liquidity and highlights that in its view, it has adequate funding sources and excess liquidity through 2010. The presentation provides a positive outlook on the company and its opportunities but does little to address the current state of the capital and financing markets.
