The Gilbert Guide just launched an updated listing and lead tracking system for senior care services providers that provides more enhancements and improvements to existing lead tracking software. The enhanced lead tracking system allows providers to track how many users viewed their listing, clicked through to their website, and clicked to obtain their phone number–along with giving each visitor’s location based on the IP address.
Unlike the original basic listings, providers are now able to view their own personalized provider visibility report on a customized dashboard, which identifies key performing areas, overall page views, click-through rate, and leads. Through unique agreements, provider listings will appear on all sites affiliated with Gilbert Guide, meaning more visibility and exposure for the advertising dollars senior care providers spending.
