Mr. Ezell has written a white paper analyzing this demographic and discusses how and where to market to this particular group. After reading the paper, this is clearly geared towards those who would be interested in high-profile, high-end CCRC projects such as The Clare in Chicago or any number of high-end CCRC in major metropolitan areas (DC, NYC, Los Angeles). For what it’s worth, I keep thinking of India’s Currency…….rupees.
