Last week, Senior Resource Group was awarded a management contract to operate 41 value-oriented senior living communities in 11 states formerly operated by Sunwest Management, under the name LaVida Communities. Senior Resource Group will manage the portfolio of facilities and is committed to providing residents of LaVida Communities with comfortable, secure and service-enriched living environments and an easy transition for current residents from the existing Sunwest facilities. Senior Resource Group was selected because of its commitment to excellence and its accreditations by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) for its superior staff, management practices, activity choices, physical environment and overall service. During the next several months, company management from Senior Resource Group will visit each LaVida community to evaluate a facility’s particular needs, engage staff and visit with residents and their families.
