Country Place Living, a franchiser of assisted-living residences for seniors in rural America, has opened its first franchise location in Scandia, Kansas. Country Place Living currently operates eight corporate-owned locations. Founded in 2003, Country Place Living focuses on senior living solutions in rural America with uniquely designed assisted-living residences and offers two concepts for franchising: Country Place Senior Living, an 18-apartment assisted living residence, and Country Place Home Plus, an 8-bedroom group home residence. A member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), Country Place Living plans to expand to more than 400 locations nationwide.
