Cooking Classes A Big Draw At Active-Adult Communities

The article discusses the trends in socialization and the fact that some communities are looking to move past the golf club atmosphere.  Besides the community aspects of cooking classes, many seniors are using it to learn to cook better for themselves as seniors at times suffer from malnutrition or lack of eating when living by themselves.  It seems that instead of watching CNN all day long, many seniors are watching the Food Channel and looking to channel their inner Bobby Flay and Rachel Ray through their senior community cooking classes.  For the full article, click here.
