Requirements:

The ideal Operator for our community must:

1) lease the facility as an operator/manager.

2) deal with all day-to-day care along with all financial, human resource and operations management of the community.

3) ensure a warm, compassionate and secure atmosphere encouraging wellness and activity for all residents while maintaining a profitable operation.

4) have a solid reputation without complaints with the State’s oversight agency

5) have 10 or more years of previous operator/management experience in a similar setting within the assisted living, memory care, and hospice areas of health care and

6) have strong financials, indicative of “profitable” success.
