BS/BA in health care, business administration or related major or equivalent combination of education & experience. Three or more years of previously successful full time experience in adult healthcare positions handling marketing, sales and program management functions, prefer experience with assisted living facilities and dementia specific programming and regulations. Requires a thorough knowledge of assisted living facility development, operations, compliance requirements, marketing and sales. Previously successful direct staff supervisory experience required with effective delegation skills and follow up. Must be well organized, PC proficient and have very effective verbal and written communication skills; be able to work effectively with residents, their families, operating staff, and the community; possess consistent initiative, good judgment and leadership ability.
